Swati Mangalam is an Associate Lecturer and Clinical Psychologist at ISN Psychology. She coordinates the MPP Practicum Unit (ISNP2207) and is a member of the Placement Team, supporting students across ISN Clinic placements and advanced placement units. Swati also teaches workshops within the academic intervention units and is currently training to become a Board-Approved Supervisor.

Drawing on her experience in both public and private settings, Swati brings a strong clinical foundation to her teaching. Her approach is collaborative and culturally sensitive, informed by CBT, ACT, and schema frameworks. She is passionate about supporting students’ professional growth and helping them develop the confidence and competence to thrive in their practicum and future clinical practice.
