Our academics pay close attention and develop caring relationships with our students, allowing for the adaptation of curricula to meet the social, emotional, and educational needs of everyone. The ISN Psychology student experience is enriched by online and face to face options, support services, dynamic environment, and cutting edge resources and facilities.

Disability Services

Students with a disability must indicate this on the ISN Psychology Acceptance of Offer digital form which is accessible on the website when a student receives an offer of a place.

The nature and extent of a disability is required to be articulated. Students will then work with our Disability Officer to determine how disability support considerations can be accommodated within our course delivery framework.

Student Support

Access to Counselling for Students

Students can access an allocation of ISN Psychology funded counselling sessions through Elementa Psychology. Students who wish to access these services should contact the Student Liaison Officer – studentliaisonofficer@isn.edu.au – who will keep this referral confidential.

Course coordinators and lecturers will be proactive in suggesting this service to students.

Students can also seek professional counselling by direct referral by their general practitioner.

Student Appeals and Rights

Full details of the rights of students to appeal, to complain, to be provided with a safe, secure environment and bully-free environment, and to access support services are outlined in our ISN Psychology Policies and Procedures handbook.
