Summary

Dr Brett Quayle is a PhD-qualified Registered Psychologist and Board-Approved Supervisor with over 13 years of experience spanning psychological practice, organisational development, and tertiary education. As a "Practitioner-Academic," Brett is dedicated to bridging the gap between rigorous psychological research and its applied impact in the room, the boardroom, and the classroom.

Brett’s doctoral research explored the complex intersections of human agency and institutional accountability. This expertise in how individuals navigate responsibility within social systems informs his teaching and research at ISN, where he focuses on building "professional agency" and resilience in the next generation of psychologists.

In addition to his academic role, Brett runs his own private practice and consults with various industries and organisations. He brings a wealth of industry experience from senior roles in Organisational Development, Psychometric Assessments, and Employee Assistance Programs, providing students with a curriculum grounded in contemporary professional reality.
