Summary
Associate Professor Kylie Mosely is a psychologist with expertise in diabetes, eating disorders, and mental health. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of New South Wales, and a PhD and Master of Psychology (Health) at Monash University.
Kylie’s research has advanced understanding of the relationship between eating behaviours and chronic conditions such as diabetes. She has developed assessment scales for diabetes-related stigma and explored innovative behavioural models and mindfulness-based interventions for obesity.
Clinically, Kylie has worked with the National Diabetes Services Scheme, BodyMatters Australasia, and in specialised health psychology and eating disorder roles. She has also held academic appointments at the University of Technology Sydney and the Australian Catholic University.
Through her combined clinical and research expertise, Kylie continues to influence healthcare practice and improve patient outcomes.
